DNA gel blots showing alterations in lg3 genomic sequence associated with a change in Lg3 phenotype. Lanes 1 to 4 were digested with BglII and probed with the entire lg3 cDNA. Lanes 5 to 13 were digested with XbaI and probed with the 5′ untranslated region of the lg3 cDNA.
