Responses to acute reductions in perfusate and superfusate PO₂ in gracilis arteries of animals exposed to 14 days of intermittent hypoxia or normoxia. Vasodilatory responses were measured under no flow conditions with intraluminal pressures equal to 10.6 kPa (80 mm Hg). Data are presented as means ± SEM changes in diameter from the baseline level. ANOVA revealed no significant differences among groups (p = 0.08).
