Viral RNA levels present in culture supernatants after either no treatment or treatment with various concentrations of N7-DNJ were measured by RT-PCR analysis over several passages (passage numbers indicated on the top of the gel); 20% of the RT-PCR product was loaded and run on a 2% agarose gel stained with ethidium bromide.
