IP-10, but not Mig or I-TAC, induces eosinophil release of EDN. Eosinophils (1 × 106 cells/ml) in 96-well plates were incubated for the 240-min required to measure O2- generation, immediately centrifuged and the concentration of EDN in cell-free supernatants was then quantified using ELISA.
