Jurkat cells were preincubated with the indicated inhibitors (100 μM) for 30 min and then were treated with anti-Fas Ab (100 ng/ml) (A) or CDT (100 ng/ml) (B). After 16 h, cells were stained with FITC-annexin V and PI and analyzed by FACScan.
