Effect of various caspase inhibitors on CDT-induced apoptosis. Jurkat cells were preincubated with the indicated inhibitors (100 μM) for 30 min and then were treated with anti-Fas Ab (100 ng/ml) (A) or CDT (100 ng/ml) (B). After 16 h, cells were stained with FITC-annexin V and PI and analyzed by FACScan. The inhibitors used were VAD (general caspase inhibitor), DMQD (caspase-3 inhibitor), IETD (caspase-8 and -6 inhibitor), and LEHD (caspase-9 inhibitor).
