TCF-mediated transcriptional activation in GEJ adenocarcinoma cell lines. Constitutive transcriptional activation was detected in cell lines JROECL33 and JROECL19. APC mutant colorectal cancer cell line SW480 served as a positive control. TCF-mediated transcriptional activity was defined as the ratio of pTOPGLOW : pFOPGLOW luciferase activities, each corrected for pRL-TK luciferase activities and where no transactivation equals 1.
