b Multivariate analysis was performed by the binary logistic regression model using Enter method for all variables with a p-value < 0.1 in the bivariate analysis model who fitted the requirements for logistic regression. It is important to note that the inclusion of variables in this model was performed according to a hierarchical causal theoretical tree previously developed for this study.
