This image shows extravasation of contrast from a urinary bladder injury, which outline the bowel loops (arrows). This indicates an intraperitoneal bladder rupture. Note fracture on the right side of the sacrum and diasthesis of left sacroilliac joint. Urinary bladder perforation at 2 sites with about 1 litre of haemoperitoneum was confirmed at surgery.
