Δct163-GFP (A) colocalized with LAMP-2–positive organelles and (B) recruited RFP-LC3 (A and B, arrowheads), similar to Δconst-GFP and full-length γA3-GFP. In contrast, Δct183-GFP partially colocalized with LAMP-2 organelles (A, arrowheads) and lacked RFP-LC3 recruitment activity (B, arrows).
