Effect of AR repeat length on C2C12 cell proliferation after 3 days in GM. Cell growth of the stably transfected and WT C2C12 lines was measured using a colorimetric proliferation assay. Cell number was calculated by measuring formazan absorbance at 490 nm, and the data were plotted on a standard curve derived from known cell densities.
