Expression of mRNA for CXCR4 is greater in the endometrium on Day 15 of pregnancy (P) compared to Day 15 of the estrous cycle (NP), whereas CXCL12 mRNA concentrations did not change. CXCL12 (A) endometrial mRNA did not differ in ewes on Days 12-15 of the estrous cycle or pregnancy. CXCR4 (B) mRNA was significantly (P < 0.05) increased on Day 15 of pregnancy compared to Day 15 of the estrous cycle. Data are represented by graphing 2^-ΔCtvalues, where ΔCt indicates GAPDH normalized Ct values. Data represent the mean ± SEM.
