Differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells seeded at high density (50,000 cells/cm2) on uncoated and (PrS/SPS)n functionalized glass surfaces was quantified by alkaline phosphatase activity (ALP; a) and Alizarin Red S (ARS) at 15 days (b), 22 days (c), and 27 days (d) of culture in osteogenic media.
