Ratio of integrated carbonyl peak intensities for wet amyloid samples divided by dry samples was 0.72 for Phe-1-¹³C and 0.78 for Ile-1-¹³C labeled samples. Deconvolution of the carbonyl peaks for native Tyr-1-¹³C and Ile-1-¹³C samples showed two peaks as listed.
