(b) Cell viability monitored after 96 hours of vehicle or tamoxifen (Tam) treatment in tamoxifen-resistant cells with knockdown of 14-3-3ζ and/or overexpression of FOXM1. Control cells transfected with control siRNA were taken as 100%.
