Fig. 2 — The forearm minus fingertip temperature gradient (T_forearm - T_finger) is shown. The gradient of Group PEEP was significantly greater than that of Group ZEEP. It started from 60 minutes after induction of anesthesia until 180 minutes after induction. Group ZEEP: zero endexpiratory pressure, Group PEEP: 5 cmH₂O end-expiratory pressure. ^*P < 0.05 compared with Group ZEEP.
