The gene symbol refers to the HUGO approved symbol from the enhanced annotation of the microarray platform (Thomas et al., 2011). The EcoArray ID refers to the probe name on the array platform (GEO: GPL7351). The amplicon location is referenced to the location on the zebrafish homolog (fathead minnow may vary; see Methods). The p-value is the result of the t-test used to test the difference between treatment and control Cq values from the qPCR experiment. Array fold change is the signal:noise ratio (μT −μC/σT −σC) from the array experiment for the MIX vs. CTL comparison; in parentheses is the untransformed fold change (μT −μC). The array rank refers to the relative rank of that gene based on the signal:noise ratio, out of a total of 10,069 ranked genes.
