Proliferation potentials of ASCs isolated from lipoaspirates preserved for 24 hours. ASCs were cultured in 6-well plates at a density of 1000 cells/cm². When the cells grew confluent, the total cell numbers were counted and then re-cultured at the same density. These procedures were repeated until cell growth stopped. Numbers of cells (-▪-) and population doubling times (histogram) were represented at each passage.
