For deficiency simulation, Fig. 5(c) illustrates the prediction of dynamic evolution of PMN when mast cells are blocked up to 25 hours and histamine receptors are blocked after 25 hours. Figure 5(d) shows the simulation result of MΦ when selectins are blocked up to 20 hours.
