Fp = fronto-polar region, F = frontal lobe, C = central region, P = parietal lobe, T = temporal lobe, O = occipital lobe. Index letter “z” means “zero” for midline (central line, vertex). Indexing numbers on the RH would be: 4, 8, 2, and 6 instead of 3, 7, 1, and 5 respectively.
