Locomotor activity was recorded for 48 hours after a 4-hour habituation period. Both +/+ and −/− mice demonstrated a diurnal motor pattern. A3R −/− mice (Inline graphic) had a significant increase in all basal locomotor activities, compared to the +/+ mice (Inline graphic). *p<0.05 (2-way ANOVA+ Newman-Keuls test).
