Tobacco wild-type and Arabidopsis wild-type seedlings were incubated on medium containing 30 μM CdSO₄ in the presence or absence of 250 μM GSH. After 3 d, the content of GSH, total PCs, PC₂, PC₃, PC₄, and PC₅ fractions was analysed by means of HPLC. Values correspond to means ±SE (n=3). Significant differences from wild type are indicated (^*P <0.05, ^**P <0.01, ^***P <0.001).
