Combination oncolytic virotherapy and adoptive T-cell therapy for local disease. (A) 1 × 106 naïve or (D) 1 × 107 activated OT-I T cells were adoptively transferred into C57BL/6 mice bearing 7-day established B16ova tumors (eight mice/group). On the same day, mice were injected intratumorally with 5 × 108 plaque-forming units (PFU) of heat-inactivated (HI) virus, VSV-GFP or VSV-ova every other day for six injections.
