Combination oncolytic virotherapy and adoptive T-cell therapy for metastatic disease. Naïve OT-I T cells (1 × 106) were adoptively transferred into C57BL/6 mice bearing two B16ova tumors that had been established on both flanks 7 days previously (eight mice/group). On the same day, tumors on the right flank were injected intratumorally with 5 × 108 PFU of HI virus, VSV-GFP, or VSV-ova every other day for six injections.
