Dose response curves for effects of As2O3 on A549 and H460 lung cancer cell proliferation. Cells were treated with different concentrations of As2O3 (10-6–10 μM) for 72 hours. Proliferation was analyzed by MTT assay. As2O3 concentrations of 10-2 μM to 10 μM inhibited A549 cell proliferation at 72 hours.
