Effect of ANXA2 protein on monocyte trans-endothelial migration. Presented for each condition is the SC monocyte migration rate (Mean and S.D.) from triplicate assays. PBM cell line SC cells were seeded onto a layer of HUVEC cells in the upper chamber of the migration setup. Medium in the upper and lower chamber was supplemented with 0.1% and 5.0% FBS, respectively. ANXA2 protein was introduced into either the UPPER or LOWER chambers at varied concentrations (0 ng/ml, 50 ng/ml, 100 ng/ml, 200 ng/ml, and 400 ng/ml).
