Inhibition of VLY-mediated hemolysis of human erythrocytes by anti-VLY scFvs. Erythrocyte lysis was evaluated after incubation of VLY either with a separate anti-VLY scFv or the mixture of two anti-VLY scFvs (VH-VL variant) derived from hybridoma clones 9B4 and 23A2.
