Impact of clump sizes on p-value approximations. Using the WTCCC1 dataset (5004 individuals) and the simulated HapMap Phase II dataset (5000 individuals), we calculated the ratio between our approximated p-values and the Bonferroni p-values adjusting for 1,000,000 tests. The family-wise significance level was controlled at 0.05.
