Peripheral blood samples were collected from infant monkeys at necropsy, 4–5 days following the last allergen and/or ozone exposure. Samples obtained from both 4 and 5 day necropsy timepoints were pooled. Each column represents the mean ± SE values for 6 animals, each group treated with filtered air (FA), house dust mite (HDM), ozone, or HDM + ozone as described in Materials and Methods.
