Spo20 is localized to forespore membranes in late meiosis. Colocalization of Spo3 and Spo20 in meiotic cells. Wild-type strain YN9-WH harboring chromosomally integrated spo20+-HA was transformed with pAL(spo3-GFP). This strain was cultured in SSL-N to induce meiosis. After fixation, localization of Spo3 was visualized by GFP and that of Spo20 was detected by anti-HA antibody. Bar, 10 μm.
