(A) COS-1 cells were transfected with FGFR3 derivatives and myc-tagged Stat3, and proteins were detected by double-label immunofluorescence. The left column shows expression of FGFR3 constructs detected by FGFR3 antiserum (a, c, e, g, i, k). The right column shows localization of myc-tagged Stat3, detected with myc antiserum (b, d, f, h, j, l). (B) NIH3T3 cells were transfected with FGFR3 derivatives and the Stat-responsive reporter construct 4xStRE-luciferase.
