Immunoblot analysis of wild-type and deletion strains. Whole cell membranes prepared from FY834 (WT), CBY114 (erv25 Δ), CBY427 (ire1 Δ), and CBY425 (erv25 Δ ire1 Δ) strains after 3 h.
