A 49-year-old man was diagnosed with an extensive relapse of myxofibrosarcoma of the right hip and upper leg. One year earlier, a myxofibrosarcoma of the upper right leg was resected in which a femoropopliteal graft needed to be implanted. He was admitted with fever and cellulitis of the tissue overlying the vascular graft. Pseudomonas aeruginosa was cultured. (A): PET. (B): Fused PET-CT.
