Calculation of the duration under a specific Hb level (cutoff). Duration1 = (Date2 − Date1)*(cutoff − Hb2)/(Hb1 − Hb2). Duration2 = (Date3 − Date2). Duration3 = (Date4 − Date3) × (cutoff − Hb3)/(Hb4 − Hb3).
