Chemotherapy induces the tyrosine kinase cascade mRNA expression in HCC cells. Gemcitabine (11.4 μg/ml or 114 μg/ml) or Doxorubicin (0.15 μg/ml or 1.5 μg/ml) was added to HepG2 cells twice weekly and cultured in RPMI 1640 containing 10% FBS.
