Formation of RB through of the endodiogeny process. (I) The first parasite into to PV; (II) during the early stages of the first division of the endodiogeny process, components are secreted and released toward the posterior end to form a first RB; (III) as tachyzoites proliferate, they release components to the posterior end and enrich the RB; (IV–VI) every new daughter remains attached to the RB starting the radial organization of the rosette.
