Representation of interaction between SNARE proteins dictating the exocytosis of cortical granules. Vesicle-associated v-SNAREs (VAMP and synaptotagmin) interact with cognate target membrane-associate t-SNAREs (Syntaxin and SNAP-25/23) and the recognitions of these molecules govern vesicular trafficking and membrane fusion in cortical granule reaction.
