Withanolide D inhibited degradation of IκBα, the cytoplasmic inhibitor of NF-κB. HUVECs (A) and HCECs (B) were pretreated for 30 minutes with different concentrations of withanolide D and subsequently stimulated with 10 ng/mL TNF-α for 20 minutes.
