Withanolide D targets the UPP in HUVECs and HCECs. HUVECs (A) and HCECs (B) were pretreated for 30 minutes with different concentrations of withanolide D (WD) and subsequently stimulated with 10 ng/mL TNF-α for 20 minutes.
