Table 2.

The spectral parameters of the pHLIP-C4phall, pHLIP-C6phall and pHLIP-C10phall in the states I, II and III are presented. The parameters were obtained in the result of the analysis of the fluorescence and CD spectra shown on the Figure 3: the maximum position of the fluorescence spectrum λmax, S – the normalized area under the spectra (normalization was done on the area under the spectrum in the state I); θ222 × 103, deg cm2 dmol-1 res-1 – the molar ellipticity at 222 nm.
