(a and b) Following shRNA viral infection and drug selection, (a) 4121 or (b) 387 GSCs were plated at a density of 1000 cells per well in 96-well plates. Cell growth was measured using a Cell Titer Glo Kit (Promega) at the indicated times. (c) In all, 4121 GSCs were sorted into a 96-well plate at a density of 10 cells per well.
