The % of MVC is reported for each of the exercises: D1 Extension with elastic resistance (D1ET); D1 Flexion with elastic resistance (D1FT); D1 Flexion with a 3 pound weight (D1FW); D2 Extension with elastic resistance (D2ET); D2 Flexion with elastic resistance (D2FT) and D2 Flexion with a 3 pound weight. Female values were significantly higher than male value during D1FT and D2FT.
