PM₁₀ induces NF-κB binding to the IL‑8 promoter in HAECs. HAECs were exposed to PM₁₀ (40 μg/cm²) for 4 hr, TNFα (20 ng/mL) for 15 min, or media alone. ChIP followed by RT-PCR was used to measure p65 binding to genomic IL‑8 promoter sequences. Data are mean ± SE (n = 3). *p < 0.05.
