(B) HAECs were pretreated for 30 min with 20 μM of proteosomal inhibitor MG-132 and exposed to PM₁₀ (40 μg/cm²) or media alone for 30–240 min or TNFα (20 ng/mL) for 30 min; cell lysates were immunoblotted using anti-p‑IκBα and anti-IκBα antibodies.
