Depletion of MVI affects Golgi and cytoskeleton organization. MVI distribution in T-MVI 72 h after transfection (a) and SA-MVI cells (b) as well as in control cells (mock control and sc1MVI or sc2MVI) was visualized with anti-porcine MVI antibody (green). Golgi structures were stained with anti-GM130 or TGN38 antibodies (in red), microfilaments with TRITC-phalloidin (red) and nuclei with ToPro3 (blue).
