Systemic injection with 5-azaD or 5-azaC in rats did not modify locomotor activity in the OFT. Animals received 3 i.p. injections of 5-azaD (0.1–0.8 mg·kg⁻¹), 5-azaC (0.4–3.2 mg·kg⁻¹) or vehicle (24, 19 and 1 h before the test) and had their locomotor activity evaluated during 5 min. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 6–10 per group). No significant differences between groups were detected (P > 0.05, two-way anova).
