Electrophorogram obtained with a 50 μm internal diameter fused silica capillary whose interior walls have been modified by electrostatic deposition of poly(dimethyldiallyammonium)chloride and poly(styrene sulfonic acid)/enzyme mixture. For this separation, the enzyme is a mixture of glucose oxidase and glutamate oxidase. The glucose and glutamate are separated by the electrophoresis from dopamine and ascorbic acid, and the glucose and glutamate are detected by oxidation of the H2O2 generated by the enzyme reaction that occurs along the walls of the capillary [103].
