Down-regulation of PKCβ2 expression by RNA interference inhibits IGF-II-dependent activation of SK1. A, HEK293 cells were transfected with control scrambled siRNA (SCR) or siRNA targeting siRNA targeting the PKCβ2 (siPKCβ2) for 48 h.
