Tumour necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1) mutations in TNF receptor-associated periodic syndrome (TRAPS) [32]. The figure illustrates the ectodomain of the TNFR1 with the location of the TRAPS mutations, clustered mainly in cysteine-rich domains (CRD1 and CRD2). There are more than 60 known mutations.
