Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) interferes with the binding of phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) to Jurkat T cells. Jurkat T cells were incubated with AF488-PHA in the presence of increasing concentrations of human serum albumin (HSA) or IVIg, for 30 min at 37°C, followed by fluorescence determination by flow cytometry.
