Localization of T. denticola major surface protein and protease complex polypeptides. A surface localization immunofluorescence assay was performed with T. denticola ATCC 35405 with or without membrane permeabilization, using polyclonal antibodies raised against the indicated proteins or polypeptides followed by DyLight549-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG.
